Hunting agency Heming was not created from above as a business project, but from below, as a natural outcome of our common passion for hunting.
What we are experiencing, we wanted to convey to other hunters who do not have the time and capacity to organize similar expeditions themselves. We have concentrated our many years of experience from the opposite side into a friendly hunting agency that allows anyone with an adventure at heart to explore and hunt. We bring hunters extraordinary experiences from extraordinary places in all corners of the world. The trophy on the wall is just the tip of the iceberg in the sea. Beneath its surface lies a huge and very personal story, without which it would be just the torso of an animal.
US Market Consultant
It all started for me when I was 5 years old, when my father would stick me in the bag on his framepack and go chase bugling bull elk in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado with his bow. Ever since then, the mountains and the animals that call them home have never been able to leave my mind.
I started professionally guiding hunts at 17 years of age and have never looked back. My career has since taken me to incredible places, created the best memories, and fueled my addiction for adventure. Whether I'm sitting in a boulder field at 13,000 ft on a Bighorn Sheep hunt, climbing into caves behind my hound dogs chasing Mountain Lions, or guiding a youth hunter on their first deer hunt, my passion for experiencing the adventure of the hunt is never-ending.
I love what I do with all of my heart and strive to share these experiences with each and every one of my clients.
CEO & Hunting Guide
Hunting is in my blood, both by sword and spindle. Since I have been around hunting and traveling since I was a teenager, I founded hunting travel agency HEMING, which combines these two passions of mine. I am a deer hunter at heart, but I also enjoy African safaris or mountain hunting, because in my opinion the world is one big territory. Just open your mind, accept local traditions and the way of hunting. I am the proud father of a future - a promising hunter, to whom I try to pass on the basic values of hunting - respect for nature and the hunted game. I like my time and follow the motto Non omnia posummus omnes - Not all of us can do everything
Hunting was never a tradition in my family, but I was naturally drawn to it by my love for nature and the desire to explore its hidden corners from a completely different perspective. The first time I went into the mountains for a hunt, I immediately knew this was something that made sense to me. Mountain hunts are my passion – it’s the perfect mix of physical challenge, adventure, and constant learning. Nature can be beautiful, but also unpredictable, and that’s exactly what I love about it.
Years spent in the field have taught me patience, respect, and the ability to adapt. Every hunt is different, and every encounter with wildlife brings a new story. I don’t hunt just for the trophy – it’s more about those moments when I’m sitting in the silence of the forest or on a mountain ridge, simply taking in my surroundings. Those are the moments that mean the most to me. Hunting has become a way of life for me, not just a hobby. And even though I’m the first in my family to take it up, I know this passion will stay with me for many years to come.
Hunting Filmmaker & Guide
Every time I stand in the yard at home and look into the distance, my wife asks me: "Well, are they calling you yet?" Yes, they are calling. They always called me. Forests and mountains have been a part of my life since childhood. I've always been a little different. Staring, thoughtful. I am a loving father and husband, nature lover, passionate hunter and photographer at heart. Photography and video is my passion, the way I can tell stories. Not only mine, but also yours, which we will survive on our joint hunting expeditions.

This area is renowned for producing some of the strongest trophies annually.Hunts start in the morning after sunrise, right after breakfast at the lodge. Spot-and-stalk is the primary hunting method, with local “spotters” constantly in contact via radios to report game sightings and movements. Professional guides bring hunters as close as possible to the herd or group. Typical shooting distances are 150 meters or more, but opportunities at closer ranges (50 meters) may also arise. For long-range shooting enthusiasts, guides can lead hunters to spots offering shots across valleys at distances between 300 and 600 meters.Norwegian hunters maintain strong hunting traditions, influencing the entire hunting process and the celebrations following a successful hunt.
During the August-September hunting season, weather in the Norwegian mountains is unpredictable. One day might end at a comfortable 15°C, while the next morning could bring snowfall.
Hunters should prepare for sudden weather changes by layering their clothing, using functional attire, and wearing a Gore-Tex outer layer. High boots or gaiters are essential due to stream and river crossings.

Beceite Ibex have large and ringed horns that spread out to the sides like airplane wings, which is a characteristic that distinguishes this species from other subspecies of ibex in Spain. We will be hunting in a private hunting ground located in the provinces of Castellón and Teruel, bordering the Tortosa Beceite national reserve. These are the best and most original hunting areas for Beceite Ibex, which have been managed for years so that hunting is now done with a 100% success rate. The areas where we will be hunting are the cradle of Spanish ibex in the province of Castellón, where local ancestors practiced hunting as a way of life as early as 28,000 years ago, as can be seen in the cave paintings of this area. The hunt itself will take place on a day-long trail with a team of professional hunting guides who perfectly know the terrain, the preferences of the animals, their abundance and location, which is essential for achieving success in the hunt. Small terrace fields are replaced by bushes, thickets and pine forests, thanks to which we can get to the game without being observed at the required shooting distance.
Hunting Information The hunt itself will take place throughout the day with a team of professional hunting guides who know the terrain, animal preferences, their numbers, and location perfectly, which is essential for achieving success in hunting. Small terraced fields alternate with shrubs, oaks, and pine forests, allowing us to approach the game unnoticed to the desired shooting distance.
Weather It depends on the chosen month; in general, we can expect pleasant Mediterranean weather with daily temperatures around 16 degrees Celsius. However, following the principle of "there is no bad weather, only poorly dressed hunters," we recommend checking the weather before departure and adjusting both hunting and civilian clothing accordingly.
Equipment and Gear Given the weather and nature of the hunt, it is important to have suitable clothing that is sufficiently breathable during necessary walks. The basics are layers of quality functional clothing as well as sturdy high boots. We hunt game at various distances, so it is important to be prepared for different shooting situations. However, we recommend calibers with a flatter trajectory especially for shooting at longer distances. The professional guide is equipped with shooting sticks and observation equipment with high magnification (such as scopes or ultrazoom cameras), which they use to read the game perfectly and also use it as a tool for client approval of the hunt. We recommend carrying a comfortable backpack with personal items such as a water bottle or spare clothing.

ItineraryThe combination of unspoiled nature full of wildlife located at high altitudes, excellent food, hospitality, quality services and luxurious accommodation, but also the professional and especially spirited approach of professional guides, all this defines Turkey. Turkey - the land of the crescent moon and the home of the ancestor of all ibex - the bezoar goat (BEZOAR IBEX). Bezoar is hunted in many areas in the southern part of Turkey (Mediterranean coast), in the Taurus Mountains, which extends from the west to the eastern provinces of Anatolia. However, these areas are inhabited by individuals with a significantly smaller body size than in the Munzur Mountains in the east of the country. Our hunting area east of the Munzur Mountains and north of the town of Bingol, where you will live, is 100,000 ha in size. The flight connection is Elazig airport with a transfer in Istanbul. The area is categorized by the Turkish administration as a "PRIME AREA" and therefore premium.
Hunting Information
Bezoar ibex are hunted in various regions in southern Turkey (Mediterranean coast), in the Taurus Mountains extending from the west to the eastern provinces of Anatolia. However, the specimens in these areas are generally smaller compared to those in the Munzur Mountains in the east. Our hunting area is east of the Munzur range and north of Bingöl city, covering 100,000 hectares. The nearest airport is Elazığ, with a transfer in Istanbul. This area is categorized by Turkish authorities as a "PRIME AREA," denoting premium quality.
The Bezoar ibex is one of the most unique members of the ibex family, often considered the most beautiful. Turkey is a sought-after destination for hunters of this subspecies, with a high population and excellent trophy quality, leading to an almost 100% success rate. Turkey, especially the area we hunt, is regarded as the number one destination for hunting Bezoar ibex. The season runs from September to the end of March. The rut occurs from late November to December, and these months, along with January and February, are the best times for hunting. Snowfall in higher elevations can be expected from mid-December. While weather prediction is challenging, temperatures generally range around 7 – 10 °C during the day in November, becoming cooler due to snowfall on the mountain ridges in December and later.
Hunters must bring their own weapons to Turkey, and our company handles all the paperwork for transporting weapons. Apart from hunting, there are opportunities for local excursions, including visiting various monuments, exploring Turkish culture, tasting Ottoman cuisine, or experiencing the famous "hammam" baths.
The main hunting method involves spotting, assessing the trophy's quality, and then stalking. Some areas are easier compared to others. Older and larger ibexes live in rougher terrain, requiring good physical condition and skills for long-distance shooting (200 - 400 m). However, the hunt can be tailored to the hunter's physical condition or age.

Hunting Information:
The hunt takes place in the beautiful Tian-Shen mountain environment at an altitude of 3000 - 4000 m above sea level, in locations within the territories of the Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions with a total area of approximately 500 thousand hectares. Hunting is usually done by the so-called HORSEBACK method (from horseback), with beat drives organized in exceptional cases. In both alternatives, horses are used for transportation, reducing the physical demands of the hunt. We recommend trying horse riding in domestic conditions to acquire at least basic skills. Occasionally (August/September), it may be necessary to spend one or more nights in makeshift camps, so it's advisable to bring a high-quality sleeping bag.
Travel Details to the Country:
The most ideal and common air connection is through Turkish Airlines with a layover in Istanbul. The journey begins at Vienna airport. The transport of firearms by the airline is smooth and straightforward, and all necessary arrangements will be made by our company. A vehicle will be ready at the airport in Bishkek to transport the group to the base camp. The journey takes approximately 8 hours - depending on the specific location of the hunt.
Health:
Kyrgyzstan is known for its healthy climate. No mandatory vaccinations are required, but it is recommended to get vaccinated against hepatitis and tetanus for personal safety. Before the trip, consult your doctor, as the stay and physical exertion at approximately 3,000 - 4,000 meters above sea level could cause health problems. We recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover comprehensive medical expenses abroad as well as trip cancellation insurance, both of which you can arrange directly with us. Also, don't forget to bring your regularly prescribed medications and basic medicines for any potential issues such as cold, constipation, upset stomach, headache, or sleeping pills. The base camps are equipped with everything necessary to provide first aid and a satellite phone. The hunter must realize that this is a high-altitude hunt, which is quite demanding both physically and mentally. Hunters often spend long hours / sometimes even 6 - 10 hours a day on horseback and face the challenges of weather. Each hunter must realistically assess their mental and physical condition and thoroughly prepare for this hunt. Horseback riding itself is relatively undemanding as the horses are well trained and invaluable helpers in the environment.
Weather:In October and November, daytime temperatures are around 5 °C, dropping to -5 to -15°C at night. During the day, the cold is not very noticeable when the sun shines, and at night, sleeping in heated cabins is common. The beginning of the season is marked by more pleasant temperatures, but expect longer horse rides and overnight stays in fly camps for time efficiency. Like any high-altitude hunt, prepare for all weather changes whether you choose the beginning of the season or the winter period. Therefore, it is necessary to have warm and waterproof clothing in your equipment, with layers being the key, quality boots with a hard sole and Gore-Tex membrane, white camouflage clothing for winter months, sunscreen with a high UV factor, protective lip balm, and high-altitude sunglasses - black lenses. For overnight stays outside the base camp, a quality sleeping bag is recommended. A backpack and a sturdy thermos flask are also useful.

The Alpine ibex is undoubtedly the king of game in the alpine region of Europe. This robust, dark-colored animal with a small beard and thicker, straighter horns compared to other ibex species is a true trophy. Living at high altitudes, it moves agilely in steep terrain, usually above the tree line or below the snow line. This hunt, especially in Slovenia, is one of the most prestigious in Europe due to the relative scarcity, the challenging terrain, and the quality of the experience, with licenses sold out years in advance.

The most ideal and common air connection is via Turkish Airline with a transfer in Istanbul. The beginning of the journey is the airport in Vienna. The transportation of weapons by airline is problem-free and very simple, and of course all the necessary details will be provided by our company. A vehicle will be prepared at the airport in Bishkek to take the group to the base camp. The journey takes approximately 8 hours - it depends on the specific location where the hunt will take place
Hunting Information
The most ideal and established flight connection is via Turkish Airlines with a stopover in Istanbul. The journey begins at Vienna Airport. Transporting weapons by the airline is straightforward and simple, and our company will handle all necessary formalities. At the airport in Bishkek, a vehicle will be ready to take the group to the base camp. The trip takes about 8 hours, depending on the specific location of the hunt.
Weather
In October and November, daytime temperatures are around 5°C, dropping to -5 to -15°C at night. During the day, if the sun is shining, the cold is not as noticeable; at night, you sleep in heated huts. The beginning of the season is marked by more pleasant temperatures, but there are longer transfers on horseback, requiring overnight stays in fly camps for time efficiency. As with any high-altitude hunt, you must be prepared for all weather changes, whether you choose the beginning of the season or the winter period. Therefore, you need warm and waterproof clothing, with layers as the basis, quality shoes with a hard sole and Gore-Tex membrane, white camouflage clothing for winter hunts, sunscreen with a high UV factor, lip balm, and high-altitude sunglasses with dark lenses. For overnight stays outside the base camp, a quality sleeping bag is necessary. A backpack and a sturdy thermos are also useful.
Accommodation and Food
In this area, we have several base camps, all adequately equipped to make the group feel comfortable. Base camps are equipped with generators, plenty of clean drinking water, a satellite phone (for emergency calls), and a sauna/shower. Food is plentiful and simple, considering the conditions.

Itinerary
You can hunt your alpine chamois in the beautiful surroundings of the Julian Alps. It is hunted by stalking (in one of the locations it is also possible to hunt from a perch) by going out early in the morning to the area where the chamois are found. The warmer the weather / time of year, the higher you will need to climb. Hunting is physically demanding and requires a certain level of preparation and fitness, not only on the way up, but also on the way down, when it is tradition to carry the chamois in your rucksack (he will provide an escort) at least a certain part towards the car. We know from our own experience that it will give hunting a unique and unrepeatable experience, try it yourself if you dare. Hunting takes place all day, so it is necessary to pack enough fluids and something light to eat in your backpack. Due to the nature of mountain hunting and therefore longer shooting distances (approx. 200 m / 350 m), we recommend practicing such shooting even at angles under home conditions. In cooperation with the escort, you choose a hunting piece according to your wishes, you decide, if you decide to shoot at a designated piece, you must be aware of all the possibilities that may arise. There is no need to rush the shooting itself, find a suitable shooting position that is sufficiently stable and do not succumb to hunting fever. After the hunt, he returns to the accommodation, and in case of failure, the day is repeated. The success of the hunt is almost always 100%, it depends on your demands on the quality of the trophy and your physical condition and hunting luck. If you are specifically interested in a trophy individual, please notify us in advance.
Hunting Information
You will hunt your alpine chamois in the beautiful environment of the Julian Alps. The hunt is conducted by stalking (in one location, it is also possible to hunt from a high seat) with an early morning ascent to the area where the chamois are found. The warmer the weather/season, the higher you will need to climb. The hunt is physically demanding and requires a certain level of fitness and readiness, both for the ascent and descent, where it is traditional to carry the chamois in a backpack (provided by the guide) for part of the way down to the vehicle. From personal experience, we know this adds a unique and unforgettable experience to the hunt, and we encourage you to try it if you feel up to it. The hunt lasts all day, so it is necessary to pack enough liquids and light snacks in your backpack. Given the nature of mountain hunting and the longer shooting distances (approx. 200 m / 350 m), we recommend practicing such shooting at angles in home conditions. In collaboration with the guide, you will select the game according to your preferences; you decide when to shoot the designated animal, being aware of all the possibilities that may arise. Do not rush the shot, find a stable shooting position, and avoid getting caught up in the excitement of the hunt. After the hunt, you return to your accommodation, and if unsuccessful, the day is repeated. The success rate of the hunt is almost always 100%, depending on your requirements for trophy quality, physical condition, and hunting luck. If you are specifically interested in a trophy animal, please notify us in advance.

Female

- Gold: 105b+
Weather
Weather depends on the hunting period, but like any mountain hunt at higher altitudes, be prepared for all weather changes. Mountain weather is very variable and similar to that in Slovakia. Before traveling, we recommend checking the weather forecast for the location you are heading to.
Accommodation and Food
Accommodation will be arranged based on an agreement with hunters according to their requirements and preferences, with various options and combinations of accommodation and food available. We personally recommend accommodation directly in a small but picturesque village in the heart of the hunting area in a fully equipped apartment with individual dining. Restaurants are available nearby for evening exchanges of hunting experiences.
Equipment and Gear
You will need warm and waterproof clothing, with layers being essential, quality shoes with a hard sole and functional membrane. A backpack is also useful, where you can put a change of clothes after the ascent, essential personal items, and snacks (enough water, energy bars, or magnesium). Pack minimally and proportionately, as you will be carrying everything, including your hunting rifle, all day on your back. Given the longer shooting distances, a rangefinder or a spotting scope with greater magnification would be a handy companion.
Weapons and Ammunition
We recommend hunting with your own hunting rifle, which is listed in your European firearms permit, which, along with another ID, is sufficient for traveling and transporting the weapon to Slovenia. When hunting chamois, it is often necessary to shoot at longer distances of 200 to 350m, so we recommend using a powerful caliber with a flat ballistic trajectory and sufficient kinetic energy. The most important thing is to have the rifle properly sighted for longer distances. Before the hunt, we recommend visiting a shooting range and practicing long-distance shooting. The rifle should be equipped with a scope with sufficient magnification, at least 12x or more, optimally with a ballistic turret. For observation, light binoculars with high magnification, such as 10x42, are ideal, optimally with an integrated rangefinder. A spotting scope, which the local guide will have, is also very useful.
Trophy Export and Import
The chamois trophy can be exported immediately after the hunt, packaged in a raw preparation state based on a handover protocol (which serves as the basis for subsequent accounting upon return home). If you plan a shoulder mount, note that the skin is removed from behind the shoulder blades, and thus, the devalued meat must be purchased.

Itinerary
Our hunting area is located north of Windhoek, on the border with Etosha National Park and is home to unspoiled nature and the largest diversity of wildlife in Namibia including zebras, giraffes, 18 species of antelope and felines such as lion, leopard , cheetah, which are here in their natural environment. We hunt in an area without intensive livestock breeding and thus without internal fences, with a perch in one of 8 places by the water or by stalking (we do NOT hunt from a car), when after spotting the desired animal, you approach it on foot together with a professional escort, and it will be up to you. , if you decide to hunt game. Trophy mature pieces are always selected for catching. The shot itself is always the supreme decision of the hunter himself, so before pulling the trigger, all the circumstances must be kept in mind. Wounded and untraceable game is considered caught and thus charged according to the price list. Of course, the best is always done to find the game.
Hunting Information
Our hunting area is located north of Windhoek, on the border with Etosha National Park, and is home to untouched nature and the greatest diversity of wildlife in Namibia, including zebras, giraffes, 18 species of antelopes, and feline predators such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, which are here in their natural environment. We hunt in a territory without intensive cattle breeding and therefore without internal fences, with a watchtower at one of 8 places at the waterhole or a stand (NOT from a car), where after spotting the desired game, together with professional guidance, you will approach it on foot and it will be up to you whether you decide to hunt it. Only mature trophy specimens are selected for hunting. The shot itself is always the sovereign decision of the hunter, and therefore before pulling the trigger, all circumstances must be taken into account. Wounded and unrecovered game is considered hunted and thus charged according to the price list. Maximum effort is always made to recover the game.
Travel Details to the Country
The journey begins with a flight to Windhoek from Vienna or Budapest, usually with one layover at Frankfurt Airport. The flight itself is long (about 10 hours), so we recommend considering booking a higher class of service, at least Premium Economy. Depending on the size of the group and the season, the transfer from the airport to the hunting area is done by car or plane for an additional fee. The car journey takes approximately 5 hours with a break for refreshments or a stop at the preparatory, and by plane about 90 minutes. To travel to Namibia, a valid passport is required, and for citizens of the Slovak Republic, a visa requirement applies, which can be arranged on-site upon arrival at Windhoek International Airport.
Weather
During the hunting season, the weather is usually favorable, and rainfall is rare. March - May and September - November have the most pleasant weather - daytime temperatures hover around 30-35°C, and mornings are cooler. During our summer months, June to August, which is winter in the southern hemisphere, days are cooler (25-30°C), and mornings are sometimes frosty, with temperatures reaching as low as 3-5°C. Therefore, it is important to have warmer clothing with you.
Accommodation and Food
Accommodation in the hunting area is a embodiment of 5* luxury located in the African wilderness with an undisturbed view of the waterhole from the large pool. There are three luxury rooms with en-suite bathrooms or two separately located hunting cottages. WiFi connection, air conditioning, and laundry services are available. The camp includes a large common room where hunters dine and spend time together. However, most of the time outside of hunting, hunters spend at the outdoor fireplace at the bar, which evokes the true African atmosphere during evenings and thus is the center of exchange of hunting experiences from past days. The food is prepared at a high level and reflects the tastes and needs of hunters. You will have the opportunity to taste various local specialties made mainly from game meat, as well as many common European dishes. If you have intolerance or special requirements, do not hesitate to let us know, we will be happy to accommodate you.
Equipment and Gear
Everything depends on the season and the desired game. In general, however, a standard European caliber (8x57IJ, 7x64, 30-06, etc.) will be sufficient for hunting. Among the tougher game are gemsbok, zebra, or eland, where a higher stopping effect is desired, but as always, shot placement is crucial. The same goes for clothing, but during the months of June to August, gloves, a hat, or a warm top should be packed, as layers are essential and with the rising sun, you will be shedding layers and vice versa. For the omnipresent thorny bushes, it is necessary to choose the upper part of clothing from a strong and durable material. Leave your shooting stick at home, the professional guide will gladly provide you with his. A lightweight observation binocular, ideally with a rangefinder, or binoculars with variable magnification will serve you well (hunting from a hide at the waterhole at about 50m vs hunting from a stand in open country at how far you dare). For the dry air and dustiness, nasal sprays will be appreciated, and for the omnipresent sun, sunscreen and head covering.

Hunting
Gredos ibex is characterized by dark fur and the largest antlers. The antlers are large and annular, with a rough surface and a shape reminiscent of a lyre.
In the heart of the Iberian Peninsula, towards the west, is the Central System, a long mountain range, formed by a series of mountains, among which we find the "Sierra de Gredos", which inspired the name of this subspecies of the Spanish ibex. The Sierra de Gredos is bordered by the Spanish provinces of Salamanca, Cáceres, Ávila, Madrid and Toledo, and the highest altitude of 2,592 meters is in the province of Avila. It is in this long mountain range that we find a number of different areas for hunting the Gredoski ibex. We can find private and public hunting areas, such as the Gredos Hunting Reserve.
The beceite ibex has large and annular antlers that extend laterally like the wings of an airplane, a characteristic feature of this subgroup. There may be other formations in the region.
The Beceite ibex is a subspecies of the most widespread Spanish ibex in the Iberian Peninsula. One of the largest colonies of Spanish ibex is located in the Puertos de Tortosa-Beceite region, a mountain range between the provinces of Tarragona (Catalonia), Teruel (Aragon) and Castellón (Valencia). The region is characterized by a stand of pine, oak, as well as a beech forest. The territories we are going to visit are the cradle of the Spanish ibex in the province of Castellón, where already 28,000 years ago our ancestors practiced hunting as a way of life, as can be seen in the cave paintings of the area.
The Ronda ibex is the smallest of the four species of ibex that we distinguish in this country. The antlers grow upwards in a V-shape and then backwards with a 90-degree spiral rotation.
The Spanish ibex Ronda is found in southern Spain, in the province of Málaga. It is possible to find the Ronda ibex in the Serranía de Ronda, the Sierra de las Nieves and the Sierra de Grazalema. These areas are very diverse with hills, valleys, forests with olive trees, pines and oaks. Morphologically, it is the smallest of the four different ibex species that are distinguished in Spain, and the densities of this subspecies are much lower than those of the Beceite or Gredos ibex, but its hunting is exciting.
The southeastern ibex is characterized by thick, rough antlers with knots that tend to have the shape of semicircles curved backwards.
The southeastern ibex or Sierra Nevada is a very old species in the Iberian Peninsula. The Sierra Nevada is a mountain range in the Andalusia region. It is the highest point of mainland Spain, the third highest in Europe, after the Caucasus and the Alps, Mulhacén at an altitude of 3,478 m above sea level. The southeastern ibex can be found throughout the eastern side of Andalusia in the provinces of Granada, Almeria and Jaén. This fantastic hunt takes place near the majestic city of Granada.
Accommodation and food
We always offer the best accommodation close to the hunting areas, whether they are 4-star hotels or country cottages, we always choose high-quality accommodation to offer our clients the best opportunities during the hunt.
For the hunt of Beceite ibex, we use a private first-class mountain hut that offers comfortable accommodation and is surrounded by the beauty of nature with great service and client care. It has 12 spectacular double rooms adapted for your comfort. It also provides great facilities to enjoy your stay in different ways: an outdoor pool. Barbecue, WIFI service, phone calls, laundry / dry cleaning. The dishes are exclusively prepared by a permanent chef and are all prepared with the best regional products.
We move on to El Parador de Ronda, located in one of the most beautiful and famous areas of Ronda, Puente Nuevo overlooking the deep crevice above the Tajo, where the city is located. The building occupies the Old Town Hall, a neoclassical building with large windows and balconies. Inside, the space is spacious and bright, with sober and elegant décor. Rooms have a private balcony and exceptional mountain views. It also has an outdoor pool, gardens and a terrace. The Parador also has an excellent restaurant specialising in Andalusian cuisine, which predominates seasonal products and local cheeses and meats.
To hunt the southeastern ibex we travel to Granada, accommodation takes place in a luxury hotel and Emblematic palace inspired by the Alhambra itself, the Alhambra Palace Hotel. In this century-old hotel, a pioneer of tourism in Andalusia and Spain, culture, pleasure, elegance and aristocracy coexist. The hotel offers unforgettable views of the romantic city of Granada and the nooks and crannies of the romantic La Alhambra forest. The hotel offers gastronomy and relaxation on its terraces and viewpoints.
Weather and equipment
In general, we can expect pleasant Mediterranean weather, with daytime temperatures around 16 °C, but in the meaning of "there is no bad weather, only a badly dressed hunter", we recommend checking the weather before leaving for the tour and adapting in terms of clothing, both hunting and civilian.
Due to the weather and the nature of the hunt, it is important to have appropriate clothing, sufficiently breathable for the necessary walking. The basis is layers of high-quality functional clothing, as well as sturdy high boots. We hunt game at different distances, so it is important that you are prepared for different shooting situations. However, we recommend calibers with a flatter flight path, especially in the case of shooting at longer distances. The professional escort is equipped with a shooting stick and high-zoom observation equipment (spectators or ultrazoom camera), with which they can perfectly read the game and at the same time use it as an aid in the client's approval of the hunt. We recommend having a comfortable backpack with you where you can carry things for personal use, such as a water bottle or textiles for changing clothes.

Itinerary
Any hunt for a member of the Big Five is associated with a huge dose of adrenaline and brings with it a great adventure with unforgettable experiences. Buffalo hunting in beautiful ZIMBABWE cannot be compared to hunting on farms in South Africa or Namibia. The atmosphere of wild nature, in which you have the opportunity to observe elephants, lions, but especially large herds of Kaffir buffaloes, gives hunting the touch of a real African safari. The hunt itself begins in the morning hours, but in daylight, where the whole team starts tracking buffalo herds and tries to find a group of large males. The Gwayi area where the hunt takes place is adjacent to the largest national park in Zimbabwe - Hwange, which is home to the capital's elephants and buffalo. Since there are quite a lot of lions in the area, they drive their herds from one area to another with their hunting, and therefore there is a great chance of catching either a capital buffalo or an elephant. After finding a suitable herd, it is important for the trackers to get the hunter as close as possible to the big male, which is not always possible, as there can be up to 500 buffalo in the herd, which are very alert. During the seven days of hunting, however, there will be several opportunities to choose the right piece for catching with a professional escort. To hunt a member of the "big five", it is necessary to have a minimum caliber of 9.2 mm in diameter. If the hunter does not have such a caliber or larger, the staff will provide him with a weapon of this caliber. After (or before) hunting the Kaffir buffalo, it is also possible to hunt other species of game living in the area, which you can find listed in the price list attached to this offer.

The Gwayi area, where the hunt takes place, borders the largest national park in Zimbabwe - Hwange, home to large elephants and buffalo. Due to the presence of many lions, which drive herds from one area to another, there is a high chance of hunting either a prime buffalo or an elephant.
After finding a suitable herd, it is crucial that the trackers get the hunter as close as possible to a large male, which is not always easy, as herds can consist of up to 500 buffalo, which are very vigilant. During the seven days of hunting, however, suitable opportunities will arise multiple times, where with professional guidance, the right animal can be selected for the hunt. A minimum caliber of 9.2 mm is required for hunting Big Five members. If the hunter does not have such a caliber, the staff will provide a firearm with the necessary caliber.
After (or before) hunting the Cape buffalo, it is possible to hunt other game species living in the area, which are listed in the attached price list.
Travel Details
The best way to travel to the country is by air to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, with Ethiopian Airlines with a layover in Addis Ababa. After arriving at Victoria Falls, hunters will be picked up by car and transferred to the hunting camp in Gwayi. The journey takes approximately 2.5 hours. A valid passport is required to enter the country, valid for at least 6 months after return. A visa is required for foreigners, which can be obtained directly at the airport in Victoria Falls.
Weather
During the hunting season, the weather is usually favorable, with little rain. In March and April, the weather is most pleasant, with daytime temperatures around 30-35°C and cooler mornings. In late April and May, the days are cooler (25-30°C) and the mornings can be cold, with temperatures reaching 3-5°C. Therefore, it is essential to bring both winter and summer clothing for the hunt.
Accommodation and Meals
The camp is located in the heart of the hunting area, so there are no long transfers. It is built in a hunting style with a strong hunting spirit. Itinerary
All hunts, except those for hippopotamus and crocodile, take place in unit 6, i.e. MATETSI and therefore in one of the best areas in Zimbabwe ever. We organize hippo and crocodile hunting near the Binga settlement on the shores of Lake Karibu. Hunting is done from the camp, which is on the lake. In the morning you jump on a boat and start looking for hippos and crocodiles along the shores of the lake. It is a very well-managed area where we know well from experience where to look for game. The number of animals is high. When we spot trophy males, you can either try to shoot from the boat (usually only done as a last resort) or get ashore and walk a few hundred yards to get into a shooting position. Since hippos have to breathe above the surface, hunting is possible all day long. The same thing happens with crocodiles that need to bask in the sun, so during the day we will end up hunting near sandy beaches. The biggest challenge is retrieving a hippopotamus after being caught, as it sinks after being hit and the body can take several hours to resurface.
Hunting in beautiful ZIMBABWE cannot be compared to hunting on farms in South Africa or Namibia. The atmosphere of wild nature, in which you have the opportunity to observe elephants, lions, but especially large herds of Kaffir buffaloes, gives hunting the touch of a real African safari.
Hunting Information
All hunts, except for hippopotamus and crocodile, are conducted in unit 6, Matetsi, one of the best areas in Zimbabwe. Hippopotamus and crocodile hunts are organized near the village of Binga on the shores of Lake Kariba. These hunts start from a camp by the lake. In the morning, you board a boat and search for hippos and crocodiles along the shore. This well-managed area is known for its abundant game. Once a trophy animal is spotted, you can either shoot from the boat (usually a last resort) or get to shore and walk a few hundred meters to find a shooting position. Since hippos need to breathe above water, they can be hunted all day. The same goes for crocodiles, which need to bask in the sun, so we hunt them by walking along sandy beaches during the day. The biggest challenge is retrieving a hippo after it's shot, as it sinks and can take hours to resurface.
Hunting in beautiful Zimbabwe is incomparable to hunting on farms in South Africa or Namibia. The wild nature, where you can observe elephants, lions, and especially large herds of Cape buffalo, provides the true essence of an African safari.

Itinerary
The very stay on the island and movement in the beautiful mountains reminiscent of the Amazon rainforest is a powerful experience for every visitor and especially for hunters. Heming has exclusive permission to hunt in the largest hunting area in Mauritius with a size of 4200 Ha, where the strongest trophies are hunted and where the official world record red deer was caught. The hunting area is only 10 minutes away by car from beach chalets where hunters are accommodated. During the rutting period, the loud roaring of deer is carried throughout the territory, and many fights between the strongest individuals can be seen on the green meadows that lie on the slopes of the mountains. The rut and the deer rutting itself is very similar to the rut we are used to in our conditions. Hunting starts before lunch, so hunters have time to sleep well and enjoy a long breakfast on the beach. Hunting is very similar to hunting red deer in rut and is hunted by pirch. A professional guide brings the hunter to the guaranteed deer at a distance of 50 to 150 meters. Each hunter has the opportunity to choose which trophy he is interested in hunting, because during the hunt he will have the opportunity to see more deer. Since this is the best quality area on the island, old and strong trophy males (only gold medal) are hunted by default. However, hunters have the opportunity to catch also extremely strong trophy males (high gold - length over 34"). Shooters who prefer shooting at long distances will also get their money's worth. A professional guide will take the hunter to places where it is possible to shoot on the opposite slope at a distance of 300 to 600 meters. On the island, local hunters have customary hunting traditions, in the spirit of which the entire hunt is carried, as well as celebrations after a successful completion hunting day.
Hunting Information:The stay on the island and movement through the beautiful mountains, resembling the Amazon rainforest, is a powerful experience for every visitor and especially for hunters. Heming has exclusive permission to hunt in the largest hunting reserve in Mauritius, covering 4,200 hectares, where the strongest trophies are hunted, and where the official world record red stag was harvested. The hunting area is next to the beach resort where hunters are accommodated. During the rutting season, the entire area is filled with the loud calls of stags, and on the green meadows on the mountainsides, many battles between the strongest individuals can be seen. The rut and the stag calls are very similar to the rut we are familiar with in our conditions.Hunting starts before noon, so hunters have time to rest well and enjoy long breakfasts on the beach. The hunt is very similar to hunting European stags during the rut and is done by stalking. The professional guide will bring the hunter within 50 to 150 meters of the roaring stag. Each hunter has the opportunity to choose which trophy they wish to harvest, as during the hunt they will see several stags. Since this is the highest quality hunting area on the island, the standard hunting targets are old and heavily antlered stags (gold medal). Hunters also have the opportunity to harvest exceptionally strong trophy males (high gold – over 34”). Shooters who prefer long-distance shooting will also be satisfied. The professional guide will take the hunter to places where it is possible to shoot at opposite slopes from distances of 300 to 600 meters. Local hunters on the island follow traditional hunting customs, which define the spirit of both the hunt and the celebrations after a successful hunting day.Travel Details:Program:Day 1: Departure from Vienna or Budapest in the afternoon. Optional Excursions:
Mauritius is known for its beautiful mountain nature, pristine beaches, and fantastic oceans filled with exotic fish. For this reason, we have designed the trip to give hunters time for hunting, but also for other activities. After two days of hunting stags, hunters can spend the next three days at the beach villa with friends or family, enjoying local specialties in the restaurant, or they can continue hunting with a driven hunt, go fishing for giant tuna, swordfish, sharks, or take the family on a catamaran cruise around the island, which is INCLUDED in the price. In addition to these fantastic excursion experiences, we highly recommend visiting the 8-colored earth of Chamarel near the accommodation with a rum tasting, as well as visiting the magical Hindu temple of Grand Bassin deep in the mountains. There is plenty to see and experience.

Itinerary
The flat area south of Lake Balaton is rich in roe deer population with a good genetic base. Stretching wide fields lined with windbreaks and here and there some smaller complex of forest are home to quality roe deer, as there are no other animals living in the vicinity that could negatively affect the roe deer population. Traditional Hungarian roe deer hunting does not need to be specifically introduced to any Slovak hunter, but it is important to note that in this location traditional hunting with the so-called pirš is preferred. They go hunting early in the morning and hunt until the deer are on the move. It then continues in the afternoon until dark. The area has an area of over 5,500 Ha, so there is more than enough space to search for strong and high-quality individuals. In most cases, roe deer are hunted at a distance of 80-150 meters, but shooting at longer distances is possible. Suitable calibers are all commonly used calibers in our conditions from 243 WIN to 300 WIN MAG.
Hunting Information
The flat area approximately 60 km southeast of Budapest is rich in roe deer with a good genetic base. The vast fields bordered by windbreaks and occasional small forest complexes are home to quality bucks, as there is no other game in the vicinity that could negatively affect the roe deer population. Traditional Hungarian roe deer hunting does not need to be specifically introduced to any hunter; however, it is important to note that in this location, the traditional stalk hunting combined with car transfers is preferred. Hunting starts early in the morning and continues until the bucks are no longer active. It resumes in the afternoon until dusk. The area covers over 10,000 hectares, providing plenty of space to search for strong and quality individuals. Annually, 100 trophy roe deer are hunted in this area, of which 20% are medal-class individuals. Most of the time, roe deer are hunted at distances of 80 to 150 meters, but long-distance shooting is possible. Suitable calibers are all commonly used calibers in our conditions, from 243 WIN to 300 WIN MAG.

Itinerary
The best time for deer hunting in the province of Castellón is April and later July during the height of the rut. The hunting itself is carried out similarly to our country. We start early in the morning with a trail, when we actively look for roe deer in the surrounding fields, in draws and on rock terraces. During lunch, due to the high temperature, the animal rests and is inactive, so we continue only in the afternoon. The area in which we hunt has an area of a respectable 100 thousand ha, so we often move by car in order to cover the largest possible area. During the entire stay, we are accompanied by a team of professional hunting guides who know the terrain and the ethology of the local game perfectly. Thanks to the vastness of the hunting area, we alternate lowlands with hills and plateaus, thanks to which we discover the diversity and beauty of the local flora. Small terrace fields are replaced by bushes, thickets and pine forests, thanks to which we can get to the game without being observed at the required shooting distance.
Hunting Information
The best time for roe deer hunting in Castellón Province is April and later in July during the peak rutting season. The hunt is conducted similarly to those at home, starting early in the morning by stalking, actively searching for roe deer in the surrounding fields, groves, and rocky terraces. Due to high temperatures at midday, the game rests and becomes inactive, so the hunt resumes in the afternoon. The hunting area spans an impressive 100,000 hectares, often requiring car transfers to cover as much area as possible. A team of professional hunting guides, who know the terrain and the local wildlife's behavior well, accompanies hunters throughout the stay. The vastness of the hunting area allows hunters to experience lowlands, hills, and plateaus, showcasing the diversity and beauty of the local flora. Small terraced fields alternate with shrubs, oak forests, and pine woods, enabling hunters to approach the game unnoticed to the desired shooting distance.
Travel Details
Day 1: Departure from Vienna or Budapest and arrival in Valencia. Transfer from the airport to the hacienda. If arriving early, there is an option for the first afternoon/evening outing.
Day 2-4: Hunting takes place similarly to home, with stalking in the early morning hours and resuming in the evening after cooling down.
Day 5: Return home.
Weather
The weather depends on the chosen month; generally, pleasant Mediterranean weather with warm daytime temperatures can be expected. Lighter clothing is recommended. In the earlier months, prepare for cooler mornings. The saying "there's no bad weather, only badly dressed hunters" applies, so check the weather forecast before your trip and adjust your clothing accordingly, both hunting and casual.
Equipment and Gear
Roe deer hunting in Spain is similar to that at home. Game is hunted at various distances, so be prepared for different situations. The professional guide is equipped with a shooting stick and high-magnification observational equipment (spotting scope or ultra-zoom camera), which they use to thoroughly examine the game and assist in approving the harvest for clients. A comfortable backpack is recommended for carrying personal items like a water bottle or a change of clothes.

This comprehensive hunting trip to Castellón Province, Spain, offers an extensive and rewarding hunting experience with professional guidance, full board accommodation, and transportation. Itinerary
A hunt for Carpathian deer during the rut in beech forests is an unforgettable memory for every hunter. It is a challenge for true adventurers. The hunter's physical condition and mental endurance must be at a more than good level. The difficulty is connected not only with the fragmentation of the mountain area, but also with the need for active all-day hunting. Do you like adventure and don't you have a problem with a long move in difficult terrain? Do you want to experience the real mountain hunting of Carpathian deer in the real wilderness? So look no further, because this hunt is just for you!
Basic Information
Hunting Carpathian stags is different from neighboring countries due to the topography, forestation, and more complex access. In Romania, stags are hunted in three areas: high and mid-mountain ranges of the Carpathians, foothills, and plains. The body and trophy sizes are larger than those of stags in Western Europe. For our hunt, we have chosen the beech forests in the high and mid-mountain ranges of the Carpathians. In the mountainous region, we encounter wild nature, untouched by forestry and infrastructure, where it is nearly impossible to see the same wild game twice. Our hunt takes place here. Together with your guide, you will go to old rutting grounds and try to locate the stag by its roar and stalk it. Along the way, you may encounter bears, wild boars, and occasionally wolves. The hunt occurs in vast forests situated at altitudes of 1,000 - 2,300 meters above sea level. The centuries-old trees are usually covered with lichens, and the vegetation mainly consists of blueberries and dense raspberries. In this beautiful setting, the roar of the stag - the king of the local mountains - echoes through the forest. The king that a hunter, after a tiring stalk, will likely see, and it's a chance not to be missed! The population of stags in the mountainous area is not large, but their quality is better; stags have impressive antler lengths. Cold winters and predators (bears, wolves, and lynxes) affect natural selection, which is why only trophy specimens are hunted. Expect a trophy weighing 7-12 kg, and with some luck, even larger trophies can be shot.
Accommodation and Meals
Accommodation is provided in a rustic-style guesthouse in the village of Bicazul Ardelean. It is located directly in a small but picturesque village in the heart of the hunting area in double rooms, with full local meals provided.
Equipment and Gear
You need appropriate breathable and waterproof clothing, with layers being essential, quality boots with a hard sole and functional membrane. A backpack for a change of clothes, essential personal items, and snacks (plenty of water, energy bars, or magnesium/electrolytes) is useful. Pack minimally and proportionately, as you will carry everything, including the hunting rifle, on your back all day. A backpack with an integrated rifle holder on the body axis with a quick-release system is recommended. Due to long-distance shooting, a rangefinder or binoculars with higher magnification will be a handy companion. A simple yet lightweight stick for support in mountainous terrain or shooting will be a suitable accessory.
Weapons and Ammunition
We recommend hunting with your own hunting rifle, which is registered in the European Firearms Pass, along with another identification document, for traveling and transporting the weapon. In mountain hunting for stags, it is often necessary to shoot from ridge to ridge, i.e., at longer distances (200 to 350 meters). A more powerful caliber with a flat ballistic trajectory and sufficient impact energy is recommended. The most important thing is to have the rifle properly sighted for long-distance hunting and tested at the range before the hunt. The rifle should be equipped with a scope with sufficient magnification, at least 12x or more, ideally with a ballistic turret. For observation, lightweight binoculars with high magnification, such as 10x42, are ideal, preferably with an integrated rangefinder.
Weather
As you know, the weather is unpredictable. Like any mountain hunt in higher altitudes, expect all weather changes. The weather in the mountains is very variable but similar to that in Slovakia. Before traveling, check the weather forecast for the hunting location and prepare accordingly, in the spirit of “there’s no bad weather, only badly dressed hunters.”

Itinerary
Hunting siku deer is very special in its own way, as it is not the original animal of our territory, but was imported and used by our ancestors. Of course, the best hunting is during the rutting season, when adult males create their territories and win the favor of the deer with a specific squeak, which is specific for the rutting period of the siku deer. A professional hunting escort can tell by whistling whether it is an older or a young male and whether there is any reason to follow him. Hunting takes place in the morning and in the afternoon and in both cases lasts approximately 3 hours. It is hunted in a combined way - mainly with the so-called pirsh, but in some cases also with a perch. It depends on the situation and the physical capabilities of the hunter. In most cases, the escort also uses a whistle to lure the adult male out of the thickets. Siku deer rut is an exceptional experience and every lover of adventure hunting should go through it at least once.

Details of travel to the country
It is advisable to travel to the Karlovy Vary area by car. This is the easiest way to get around. The accommodation is located in the town of Radošov in the heart of the hunting grounds, so hunters will be picked up by hunting guides directly at the hotel and the hunt will begin within a few minutes. It is also possible to take a direct flight to Karlovy Vary, but only a few airlines fly there.
Weather
The weather during the hunt is mostly pleasant, as it is the beginning of October and the temperature during the day is around 10 - 12 ° C. However, you need to be prepared for autumn rain, so it is important to have a waterproof coat and rubber boots.
Accommodation and food
The basic accommodation is a hunting guesthouse directly in the hunting area. This is a very simple hunting hotel with clean rooms, an excellent restaurant and a very good hunting atmosphere, as this hotel is used by all hunters from the area. Each room is of course equipped with its own toilet and bathroom. Hunters spend most of their time in the hotel restaurant, which is decorated in a hunting style and the traditional atmosphere is completed by a fire in the fireplace. In the restaurant, guests can enjoy traditional Czech dishes, game specialties as well as good Czech beer.

Itinerary
The dream of every wild boar hunting lover is to catch at least one capital boar during his hunting career. We bring this opportunity to our clients in the land of the crescent moon and enjoy really excellent successes.
Hunting Information:
The dream of every wild game enthusiast is to bag at least one big tusker wild boar during their hunting career. We offer our clients this opportunity in the land of the crescent moon and rejoice in truly excellent successes.
Weather:
Individual wild boar hunting in Turkey is very specific compared to hunting in Slovakia. It requires rigorous preparation and intensive feeding of sites where the hunt will take place. Several different feeding grounds with high game populations are prepared for each hunter. Hunting is done in the evening or at night using night vision equipment. The professional guide has knowledge of feeding grounds, so the hunt is concentrated in areas regularly visited by big tusker wild boars. Access roads for motor vehicles lead to the feeding grounds, making the hunt relatively undemanding (150 to 450 meters), suitable even for less physically fit hunters. The weather depends on the hunting season - it is pleasant, with nighttime temperatures during early autumn not dropping below 10°C, but during winter months, nighttime temperatures hover around -5°C.
Accommodation and Food:
Turkish hospitality and service quality are integral parts of this tour. Despite hunting in the interior, away from tourist and commercial areas, the quality of accommodation is always high. The hotels we use during our tour are always clean and luxurious, with their own restaurant where our hunters dine.
Equipment and Gear:
Since hunting takes place in the evening and at night, it is advisable to have suitable warm clothing, preferably multi-layered - it is not physically demanding, so hunters do not warm up with their own activity. It is important to have good footwear, comfortable and ideal for quiet movement in the forest. Thermal underwear, a hat, and gloves are certainly recommended. A quality night vision device intended for hunting, or even for observation, is an indispensable part of nocturnal hunting. If the hunter does not have access to night vision equipment, our company will provide it. If the hunter is accustomed to using a shooting stick and has the opportunity to bring it along, we definitely recommend this option. Alternatively, the use of the guide's shooting stick is available.
Trophy Export and Import:
Hunters usually take their trophies home immediately after the tour concludes.

Itinerary
Greenland, as the largest island in the world, is like a fairy tale come true for a nature lover and a hunter in one. The beautiful nature beyond the Arctic Circle is stunning and something you will remember for the rest of your life. Greenland offers pristine hunting grounds, fresh air where there are no electricity pylons on the horizon and the only sounds you hear are your own or nature's. At night, the stars are brighter than you have ever seen, unless they are eclipsed by the infinitely beautiful aurora borealis, which, if we are lucky, we will see in full glory in these latitudes. Our hunting area is located in a beautiful location near the inland ice, about 90 minutes by off road car from Kangerlussuaq in West Greenland. Søndre Strømfjord or as it is called in Greenland - Kangerlussuaq - is crossed by the Arctic Circle, which means that it never really gets dark in the summer, while in the middle of winter there is almost no light except for the moonlight and the fantastic auroras. During March, when our hunt takes place, there are more than 12 hours of daylight per day, as the day quickly lengthens in these latitudes. In winter, there is also a good chance to hunt snow hares, snowdrops or arctic foxes.
The muskox hunt itself is really exciting. This animal must be treated with respect, as it can attack if it feels threatened. Hunting or getting close to the muskox is done on a quad bike. These proved to be more effective than using dog sleds, although not as authentic. As soon as a herd is spotted in the distance, the hunt begins. A shooting distance of 100 - 200 m is achieved with a target that can be at a distance of 200 to 1,500 m. According to other years, the success rate of hunting is at the level of 100%. After a successful muskox hunt, it will be possible to hunt reindeer for a fee. In March, however, the old males have already shed their antlers, so it will be possible to catch males up to 4 years of age.
Northern muskox (Ovibos moschatus)
The musk deer has rightfully been included in Europe's "big five". The musk deer is a tundra dweller and is more closely related to sheep and goats than to cattle. The musk deer was originally found along the east coast of Greenland, but was prevented from "colonizing" all of Greenland by its fjords , glaciers and waterfalls. In the early 1960s, 27 muskrats were released near the 6,600 km2 hunting area. The population is estimated to be at least 7,000 animals in the last 40 years. Vegetation and feeding it is so good in the district that the muskox is 15% larger than in other parts of Greenland, fully grown bulls reach about 400 kg.
Hunting Information
Greenland, the world's largest island, is a dream come true for nature lovers and hunters alike. The stunning scenery beyond the Arctic Circle is breathtaking and provides memories that will last a lifetime. Greenland offers untouched hunting areas with fresh air, where there are no electrical poles in sight, and the only sounds you hear are your own and those of nature. At night, the stars are brighter than you’ve ever seen, unless they are overshadowed by the magnificent Northern Lights, which we may see in all their glory in this region.
Our hunting area is situated near the inland ice, about a 90-minute drive by off-road vehicles from Kangerlussuaq in western Greenland. Søndre Strømfjord, or Kangerlussuaq as it's known locally, is crossed by the Arctic Circle, meaning that in summer it never truly gets dark, while in mid-winter, there is almost no daylight except for moonlight and the fantastic Northern Lights. During March, when our hunt takes place, there are more than 12 hours of daylight daily as the days lengthen quickly at these latitudes. Winter here offers a good chance to hunt snowshoe hares, ptarmigans, or polar foxes.
Hunting the musk ox is truly exhilarating. This animal must be approached with respect as it can charge if it feels threatened. The approach to the musk ox is conducted on ATVs, which have proven to be more effective than dog sleds, although less authentic. Once a herd is spotted in the distance, the hunt begins. The shooting distance of 100 - 200 meters is achieved by stalking, which can cover distances of 200 to 1500 meters. Success rates for the hunt in recent years have been 100%. After a successful musk ox hunt, there will be an option to hunt reindeer for an additional fee. In March, however, old bulls have already shed their antlers, so the hunt will focus on bulls up to 4 years old.
Musk Ox (Ovibos moschatus)
The musk ox is rightfully part of the European "Big Five." It inhabits the tundra and is more closely related to sheep and goats than cattle. Musk oxen originally inhabited the eastern coast of Greenland, but fjords, glaciers, and waterfalls prevented their colonization of the entire island. In the early 1960s, 27 musk oxen were released near Kangerlussuaq – an unbounded hunting area of 6,600 km². Over the last 40 years, the population has increased, and it is estimated that there are at least 7,000 animals. The vegetation and feeding conditions in this district are so good that musk oxen here are 15% larger than in other parts of Greenland, with fully grown bulls weighing around 400 kg.
Equipment and Gear
Hunters must be well-dressed during the hunt, and the rental of comfortable seal skin clothing, including an overall, boots, and gloves, will help with this. Due to the spring season, night temperatures are expected to be around -20°C and daytime temperatures around -10°C. The dry air and lack of wind make the perceived temperature quite pleasant. Besides authentic clothing, modern hunting rifles will be prepared for use, included in the tour cost.

The area offers forest clearings with fresh vegetation, attracting numerous animals. Besides black bears, you may encounter wolves, cougars, mountain goats, and moose. Our region is known for trophy-sized Baribal bears with potential record-book entries. These bears have beautiful colorations, ranging from deep black to cinnamon and even blonde. Although grizzly bears are present in the area, they cannot be hunted but are fascinating to observe. We expect every hunter to have the opportunity to see 2-3 black bears and 1-2 grizzlies daily. Remember, we cannot hunt black bears with cubs. While wolves are abundant in the area, they are very cautious and intelligent, making them a more elusive target. Therefore, a wolf hunting license is included in the package, just in case.

Hunting Information
Hunting any predator is conducted during daylight hours according to local regulations, without the use of night vision equipment, by stalking spring pastures. Spring bear hunting offers a fantastic opportunity to hunt in a beautiful natural setting, where after a long winter, nature comes alive with a spectrum of colors. Grass, flowers, and fresh leaves create a magical atmosphere.
Each day starts early in the morning as we set out to track bears. We'll divide into groups of two hunters with one guide and travel by off-road vehicle, ATV, or buggy, depending on the group's chosen route. Around 10-11 AM, we return to the lodge for coffee and lunch. After lunch, you can relax by fishing on the clear lakes or enjoy an exhilarating horseback ride through the beautiful landscape. Before the evening hunt, we'll enjoy freshly baked treats and coffee at the lodge. After the evening hunt, you'll return to the lodge for dinner, drinks, and relaxation. This is the perfect time to share hunting stories by the open fireplace or unwind in the hot tub.
During the afternoon activities, whether fishing or horseback riding, we will carry firearms in case we spot a bear or wolf. Some fishing lakes are located outside the hunting area. Horses will mainly be used for afternoon rides, but upon agreement, two hunters can hunt on horseback each morning. The success rate of black bear hunting in this area has been very high in recent years, reaching 100%.
Weather
Early May weather in the Big Creek area of British Columbia can be quite variable, so it's important to be prepared for different conditions. Generally, daytime temperatures can range from 10 to 20°C, while nighttime temperatures can drop below freezing, often around -5 to 5°C. The temperature difference between day and night can be significant. May is a period when showers or rain are more common in the area. Snow showers are also possible, especially at higher elevations. While snow is possible, the winter snow cover should mostly be melted, especially at lower elevations. When planning your hunt in this area, it is recommended to have warm and waterproof clothing, layers to adapt to the current conditions, and good hiking or hunting boots. It is also advisable to monitor the weather forecast before your departure to be as prepared as possible.
Gear and Equipment
Due to the changeable weather, it is important to have appropriate cold-weather clothing that is also breathable for walking while tracking. Essential gear includes quality layered functional clothing and suitable high boots. Don't forget to pack binoculars for observation and mosquito repellent in a small backpack. For easier travel, you can rent a quality hunting rifle on-site for a fee. If you bring your own rifle, medium calibers above 6mm, such as .308Win or .243Win, and stronger, are ideal. Soft-point or semi-jacketed bullets are recommended, while full-metal jackets and plastic tips are strictly prohibited.

Itinerary
The area in which we hunt is known for a strong population of Canada Elk with trophy sizes (understand the range) from 52 to 60 inches (130 cm - 150 cm), with several huge individuals over 60" ( 150 cm). This area will definitely charm you with its nature, when valleys give way to plateaus and huge mountains with clean lakes, rivers and waterfalls. The region is a great combination for hunters looking for relaxation and adventure in untouched nature and unrivaled hunting opportunities, where thanks to the dense population of game we achieve high hunting success. The basic hunting camp is located right in the heart of the hunting area. It is easily accessible by off-road car or quad bike. The camp is fully equipped and provides hunters with a background from which they will go hunting in a wide area. In the case of "flyin" hunting, i.e. hunting larger moose, you will spend most of your time in the wilderness, camping in comfortable woolen tents, where a local guide will take care of the culinary experience over the fire. From the base camp, you will travel north a few more km to the place, from where you will fly a small plane north to Blue Lake to even more remote places of the Canadian wilderness.
The hunting season runs from September to the beginning of November, but it is best to plan your hunt during the end of the rut September or at the beginning of October. We will primarily focus on elk hunting during the season, but it is possible to combine the hunt with hunting other game species, or diversify it with fishing. We hunt moose actively, after all. We spend a lot of time in the wilderness, so we recommend being in good physical condition. In addition to hunting, we also use boats to travel along the river and view the banks of the rivers with binoculars. If necessary, the cruise is combined with a short hike, when the guide tries to attract the elk closer to you with the help of a decoy. This method of hunting is not so physically demanding and is therefore also suitable for less skilled hunters. But don't be tempted by the idea that fishing from a boat is only for the elderly, when you also have to remember the local law and custom that nothing stays in place and everything that is caught must be taken with you and used. Never-ending rivers and the vastness of the territory, combined with a hiking tour, will forever be recorded in your memories as one of the most beautiful hunting trips. It is also intended for the team who want to relax and take a break from the busy world while hunting.
Hunt Information The area where we hunt is known for its strong population of Canadian moose with trophy sizes ranging from 52 to 60 inches (130 cm - 150 cm), with some giant specimens exceeding 60 inches (150 cm) being harvested each year. This area will surely captivate you with its nature, where valleys give way to plateaus and huge mountains with clear lakes, rivers, and waterfalls. The region is an excellent combination for hunters seeking relaxation and adventure in untouched nature and unparalleled hunting opportunities, where the high game population leads to a high success rate. The base hunting camp is located in the heart of the hunting area. It is easily accessible by off-road vehicle or ATV. The camp is fully equipped and provides a base for hunters to venture out for hunting. For the "fly-in" hunt, focusing on larger moose, you will spend most of your time in the wilderness, camping in comfortable wool tents, with local guides providing culinary experiences over the fire. From the base camp, you will travel a few kilometers north to a place where you will fly by a small plane to Blue Lake, further into the remote Canadian wilderness.
The hunting season runs from September to early November, but it is best to plan your hunt during the rut in late September or early October. We primarily focus on moose hunting, but the hunt can also be combined with hunting other game species or spiced up with fishing. We hunt moose actively by stalking. Since we spend a lot of time in the wilderness, we recommend being in good physical condition. In addition to stalking, we also use boats to travel along the river and scan the riverbanks with binoculars. If needed, the boat trip is combined with a short hike, where the guide uses a caller to lure the moose closer. This method of hunting is not as physically demanding and is suitable for less fit hunters. However, do not be tempted to think that boat hunting is only for older people, as it is important to remember the local law and custom that nothing is left behind, so everything that is harvested must be taken and utilized. The never-ending rivers and vastness of the land, combined with the hiking, will forever be etched in your memory as one of the most beautiful hunts. It is also suitable for those who want to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of the world.
Weather Regarding the weather, we can expect anything from strong sun to frost and snow. Therefore, it is necessary to be prepared for various conditions. The basics are layers of quality functional clothing. Before the hunting trip, we recommend monitoring the weather forecast for the area. One of the necessities is proper footwear. You need sturdy and waterproof boots that will protect you during longer hikes in the wilderness. We also recommend packing waterproof clothing, such as a poncho, which is lightweight, packable into a small pocket, and can protect you from rain if needed.
Weapons and Ammunition To simplify travel, quality hunting rifles can be rented on-site for a fee. If you decide to hunt with your own rifle, suitable calibers are medium calibers above 6mm, with locals considering .308Win or .243Win and stronger as ideal. Regarding ammunition, soft-point or semi-jacketed bullets are recommended. Full metal jacket bullets or bullets with plastic tips are expressly prohibited.
